What Kind Of Junk Do You Take?
You name it we take it. We remove all junk from where it sits on your property and professionally remove and haul it away to properly dispose of it. Some examples of items we can remove are:
old couches and sofas, over sized chairs and ottomans
old appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, dish washers, furnaces, heaters, etc
old files, old boxes, old toys,
furniture like dressers, bureaus, nightstands, bunk beds, headboards, footboards, dining room tables, kitchen tables, chairs
garage stuff like old tools, old bicycles, lawn mowers
specialty items like trampolines, pools, pianos, sheds, garages, spas and jacuzzis
We will take anything and everything as long as it isn’t hazardous and / or can explode!
Some items require additional disposal fees, Please understand these are OUR fees at a discount to dispose of these items, we do not make a profit on these items, we remove them as a helpful favor for our customers:
- Televisions and monitors – $25 each (There are toxic chemicals involved in disposing televisions and monitors which makes them expensive to dispose of)
- Mattresses and Box Springs $15 each (the metal and coils need to be separated from the rest of the materials adding cost to disposal)
- Refrigerators and Air Conditioners $25 each (the freon needs to be professionally reclaimed from these, that makes the expense)
How Do You Price Your Removals?
Our prices start at just $35 and depend on the scope of your project. There’s a few factors involved in fairly estimating a junk removal. First is the volume, second is the weight, then is it ready to go in bags and boxes or would you like us to bag and box it, what floor is it coming off of, where is it on the property. We do guarantee the best price you will find in the area because we offer discounts for items that we can sell and discount if there are items we can donate as well.
How Soon Can You Come Out?
We can typically offer next day service for either an estimate in person for larger jobs or a scheduled pickup for small to medium sized jobs, either way our turnaround time is very fast.
How Long Will My Removal Take?
Typically it is very fast. Our staff is very efficient and we service 6-10 pickups daily so unless we are cleaning out a property I would expect them finished typically within an hour
Do You Offer Appointments?
Yes our appointments are made in 2 hour windows. We have to do this in order to plan ahead for delays like weather or larger then expected loads by our customers. Our crew will typically call you when 15-20 minutes away as a courtesy. They will also call if they are running behind for some reason so you aren’t waiting around for us.
Do You Do Free Estimates?
Yes of course. They are free and carry no obligations. We will schedule a 30 min time frame for arrival, discuss your needs and concerns, offer an exact removal quotation you can count on with no hidden charges.
My Job Is Very Small?
That is fine. Our service starts as low as just $35 for small loads and ranges all the way to 100,000 sqft corporate clean outs. No job is too big or too small.
I Need A Removal Off Hours, Is That Possible?

Can I Have A Junk Removal When I Am Not Home?
Yes of course. As long as we know where the junk to go is located and what exactly needs to go we will come out, verify the exact amount it will cost with you by phone, remove your unwanted materials, and collect payment via a credit card once finished.
Can You Also Move Things Around In Our House That Are Too Heavy?
Not a problem, our crews are there for whatever you may need. For moving items we bill in $30 increments for every 20 minutes of relocating items.
I Purchased New Furniture, Can You Deliver The New And Remove The Old?
Yes. This is a specialty service we offer. Many furniture companies will offer a delivery service but not remove the old furniture. We do, just let us know where to pickup your furniture and when. We will professionally deliver the items and remove your old furniture for one consolidated low cost.
Where Does My Junk And Garbage Go?
We are a professional waste removal and recycling company and adhere to all standards set forth by the EPA. Items that can be donated will be. Items that we can sell go to our warehouse to be cleaned and up-cycled. Things like metal, plastics, and paper are recycled with local companies. Everything that may be less is professionally disposed of at our commercial dumping facility.
What Forms Of Payments Do You Accept?
We prefer cash but also except credit, debit cards, paypal, and checks as long as you are not relocating and have a valid drivers license.
Can You Also Provide Moving / Delivery Services?
Yes we can provide both. Our trucks are kept clean for these types of jobs and our entire staff has professional moving experience from previous employers. We typically move 10-15 families a month.

What Size Is Your Truck?
Our trucks are larger than our competitors. Most competitors use 10 foot long trucks that are 5 feet high and 6 feet wide. Our trucks are 17 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 7 feet tall. Our competitors typically charge the same as we do for a full truck load, an obvious price savings when using us.
Do You Offer Cleaning Services Too?
We do this actually quite often. Trash Can Willys works with alot of realtors, banks, and simply home owners preparing their house to sell. We can bring in our crew of 3 cleaners and clean every single inch of a home or office or we can just prepare it for sale by cleaning what is visible, it depends on our clients needs and wants how intensive the cleaning is and the budget.
When I Was On The Phone The Salesman Asked Me How Many Pickup Trucks I Would Fill Up??
Standard procedure. Don’t worry we won’t be trying to take your entire garage of junk in one pickup truck like the Beverly Hillbillies! He just asked that to get an idea in his mind how much volume you have so he can offer as close a quote as possible. We use a 17′ box truck for all of our pickups and 2 man crews. Also, please remember phone estimates are not binding estimates as we are going off what you are saying, we will verify the exact price upfront when our crew gets there and sees what there is to go.
