Many customers want a hands-off service where our team comes in and bags up loose garbage and trash from each area of the property, carries it to the truck and properly disposes of the items. Other customers prefer to keep costs as low as possible by preparing all of the junk and trash for us by bagging, boxing, and stacking it in a quickly accessible area. Whatever your budget, timeline, and goal is we will work with you to accomplish it.

How Do We Handle Property Clean Outs?

All clean outs are different but the approach is the same. Our owner, old Willy himself will meet with you the customer at a convenient time and discuss your goals and whats important. Down to the littlest of requests we are here to make things wrong flawlessly. Willy will go over your preferences on how intensive of a service you desire including but not limited to:

  • Do you want us to handle the bagging and boxing of trash or just the removal
  • Are there any special items that need to be left or any that especially need to go in a certain order
  • Is there a time deadline you would like to meet to have the property finished and cleaned up
  • Are their any valuables to be removed that we may be able to sell, this allows us to offer a discount off our services
  • Would you like any areas or the entire property cleaned by our professional cleaning service
  • Are there any physical or logistical obstacles in the removal
  • Budgetary needs or goals?

Once we have an idea of the above and what needs to happen Willy compose an exact bid in hopes of earning your business. Once the bid is accepted we require a signed copy returned to us. We then schedule the removal. If the job lasts more than one day you will either be emailed or called with an update of progress daily. After your removal is completed to plan our cleaning team will take over if that is what was requested, if not we will schedule a walk-through of the property to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are 100% completely satisfied we will consider the job completed and finalize our agreement and collect our compensation. In the odd event something was overlooked it will be corrected with the utmost haste and regard to the clean out deadline.

Large encompassing bank owned properties or spanning corporate properties are also not an issue for us. To date, the largest clean out we have served is a corporate headquarters location that sprawled over 85,000 sqft. We have also completed outdoor property cleanups for bank owned properties that were used by their previous tenants as a form of dump that encompassed a 10 acre footprint with costs that closed in on 250,000 due to the magnitude of garbage and debris on the property.
